Ngayon ay ating pag-aaralan ang isang uri ng Panitikan, ang TULA. Para maintindihan mo pa kung ano ang tula, pag-aralan mo ang modyul na ito. Kasama sa pag-aaralan mo ang pagkikilala at paghahambing sa iba’t ibang anyo at elemento ng tula. Inaasahan kang makabubuo ng isang tula tungkol sa pag-ibig sa tao, bayan, Diyos at kalikasan. Tingnan natin kung paano nakatutulong sa iyo ang tula sa pagkakaroon ng malawak na pagpapahalaga sa sining at higit sa lahat sa iyong kapaligiran.

The learner demonstrates knowledge, skills, and understanding in relation to the curriculum content domains Number and Algebra (application of percentages; use of rates; rational numbers; square roots of perfect squares, cube roots of perfect cubes, and irrational numbers; sets and subsets, and the union and intersection of sets; Venn diagrams; the set of integers, and comparing and ordering integers; the four operations with integers; simplification of numerical expressions involving integers; absolute value of an integer; the solution of simple equations; the evaluation of algebraic expressions following substitution; the rearrangement of a formula to make a different variable the subject of the formula; operations using scientific notation); Measurement and Geometry (regular and irregular polygons and their features/properties; determination of measures of angles and number of sides of polygons; conversion of units of measure; volume of square and rectangular pyramids, and cylinders); and Data and Probability (data collection and sampling techniques, and the presentation of data in appropriate tables and graphs; interpretation of statistical graphs; outcomes from experiments). This knowledge, skills, and understanding is applied, with the use of technology, to the processes within Mathematics of critical thinking, problem-solving, communicating, reasoning, and making connections between topic areas.

• perform multiplication of whole numbers with products up to 1 000 000. (NA)

• perform division of up to 4-digit numbers by up to 2-digit numbers. (NA)

• perform different operations by applying the MDAS rules. (NA)

• convert units of length, mass, capacity, and time. (MG)

Ang modyul na ito ay pinagtulungang dinisenyo, nilinang at sinuri ng mga edukador mula sa pambuliko at pampribadong institusyon upang gabayan ka, ang gurong tagapagdaloy upang matulungang makamit ng mag-aaral ang pamantayang itinakda ng Kurikulum ng K to12 habang kanilang pinanagumpayan ang pansarili, panlipunan at pang-ekonomikong hamon sa pag-aaral. Ang tulong-aral na ito ay umaasang makauugnay ang mag-aaral sa mapatnubay at malayang pagkatuto na mga gawain ayon sa kanilang kakayahan, bilis at oras. Naglalayon din itong matulungan ang mag-aaral upang makamit ang mga kasanayang pan-21 siglo habang isinasaalang-alang ang kanilang mga pangangailangan at kalagayan.

Sa modyul na ito mahalaga sa isang entrepreneur ang pagpili ng negosyong itatayo sa hinaharap. Ito ay mahalagang matutunan natin ang pagkakaiba ng produkto atserbisyo. Ang mga produkto ay mga ani o bunga at mga kalakal na nakikita at nahahawakan tulad ng pagkain, damit, sapatos, gamot, appliances, sabon, alahas, sasakyan at iba pa. Ang mga serbisyo ay ang mga aktibidad na ginagawa ng mga tao o makinarya at mga ideyang ibinibigay upang matugunan ang mga pangangailangan at kagustuhan ng mga tao tulad ng pagtatahi, pagsasastre, pagmemekaniko, paglalaba o laundry, dry cleaning, pagluluto, pag-aayos ng lugar para sa isang pagdiriwang, pagpapaganda at paglilinis ng bakuran at bahay.

       This module will allow you to test your vocabulary, learn new words and utilize strategies in understanding unfamiliar words in sentences or paragraphs. After which, you will be able to assess yourself on how rich your vocabulary is and find ways to improve it. In addition, this will also help you reflect and contemplate on our colorful and diverse culture.
As you go through this lesson, you will be able to enrich your vocabulary and decode unfamiliar words easier which will lead you to better understanding of the sentence or paragraph.
